Processing Time After payment confirmation, orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once the shipment is made, the customer will receive a tracking code by email.

 

Delivery Time: Delivery time varies according to the customer's location and the shipping method chosen at the time of purchase. The estimated delivery time will be informed during checkout.

 

Order Tracking: All orders have tracking. The code will be automatically sent to the registered email address as soon as the order is dispatched.

 

 Delivery Attempts Carriers and delivery services make up to 3 delivery attempts to the address provided. If delivery is not possible, the order may be returned to the logistics center.

 

Address Information It is the customer's responsibility to correctly fill in the delivery information. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or returns of your order.
